What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Outreaching members to schedule appointments and coordinate care for needed services
• Communicating with provider office staff to schedule member appointments
• Receiving and responding to member and provider phone calls/inquiries, questions, and concerns related to coordination of member care
• Accurately documenting member and provider contacts on the computer system
• Acting as a liaison between members, physicians, and health plan

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2+ years of strong computer skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage a high volume of cases and referrals per day
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, internet software, and Epic software
• Exceptional communication skills with doctors, physicians, and registered nurses

• Knowledge of healthcare industry and member service experience
