What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide assistance to customers
• Document customer information and issues in computer systems
• Research and resolve complex customer issues
• Schedule appointments and update patient demographics

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of customer service experience using phones and computers
• Familiarity with computer applications and ability to learn new systems
• Typing speed of 40 wpm
• Ability to troubleshoot IT/computer issues independently
• Flexibility to work full-time between 8:00am – 5:00pm Mountain Time Zone, with occasional overtime as needed

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• 1+ years of prior healthcare experience
• Knowledge of medical terminology
