What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Receive, process, and verify the accuracy of customer orders
• Take necessary action to respond to customer service requests and communicate changes
• Operate computer workstation to obtain and extract order information
• Perform system maintenance on electronic order files
• Recommend changes to improve the efficiency of the Customer Service department
• Prepare and distribute s and order acknowledgments

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High school education or equivalent
• 5 years of customer service experience with increasing responsibilities

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
• Associate’s degree desired
