What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Receive and handle incoming calls from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctor’s offices
• Investigate and resolve member inquiries or escalate when necessary
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Strong PC skills and ability to multitask
• Detail-oriented

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Call center experience
• Call center experience in the Healthcare industry
• Work from home (remote) experience
• Fluency in Spanish
