What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Receive incoming calls or emails from members, pharmacies, and doctor’s offices regarding medication and benefits
• Investigate and resolve member inquiries promptly or escalate when necessary
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and departmental procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Eligibility to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
• Strong PC skills and ability to navigate multiple software systems
• Strong communication skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Call center experience in the Healthcare industry
• Fluency in Spanish
• Remote work experience
