What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Handle incoming calls from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors’ offices regarding medication and benefits
• Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and departmental standard operating procedures
• Other duties as assigned

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Strong PC skills and ability to navigate multiple software systems
• Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Call center experience in the healthcare industry
• Previous remote work experience
• Fluency in Spanish
