What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Answer and handle incoming calls from Prime members, pharmacies, and doctors’ offices
• Investigate and resolve member inquiries in a timely manner or escalate when necessary
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and departmental procedures
• Other duties as assigned

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service experience
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa sponsorship
• Strong PC skills and ability to navigate multiple software systems
• Strong communication skills with a focus on professionalism and empathy

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Call center experience
• Call center experience in the healthcare industry
• Remote work experience
• Fluency in Spanish
