What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Coordinate and maintain staff and client schedules for the delivery of autism services
• Inform families and staff of schedule changes and update systems accordingly
• Arrange coverage and schedule make-up time for staff as needed
• Provide general office support and respond to inquiries related to scheduling
• Attend meetings with the scheduling manager and other departments as required

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum of three years of customer service experience
• Prior scheduling experience, preferably in a healthcare setting or autism services provider
• Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle heavy call volume and anticipate needs
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Availability to work overtime if required
