What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance
• Understand and document the nature of the member’s distress promptly and accurately
• Maintain a compassionate and composed demeanor during high-intensity calls
• Relay critical information to expedite the dispatching process
• Collaborate with the team to ensure the smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Empathy and a strong desire to help those in distress
• Advanced computer and multitasking skills
• Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
• Experience in a high-volume call environment
