What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Field incoming calls from members requiring emergency roadside assistance
• Understand the nature of the member’s distress and document details accurately
• Maintain a compassionate demeanor during high-intensity calls
• Relay critical information to internal and external teams for dispatching process
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operation of Emergency Roadside Service

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Prior customer service experience. Call Center experience is preferred
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a high-volume call environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Empathy and desire to help those in distress
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish
• Advanced computer and multi-tasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Outlook
• Comprehensive understanding of maps, GPS systems, and traffic safety rules
