What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Place outbound calls and handle incoming calls regarding account status and inquiries
• Appoint and schedule/reschedule/cancel appointments according to guidelines
• Collect care specific information for Primary Care or Specialty Care services
• Review medical charts to collect information for messages to send to the healthcare team
• Route incoming calls and answer routine administrative inquiries

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• High School education
• Strong follow-up and active listening skills
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and software applications
• Experience in a call center or customer service role
