What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Manage and coordinate the processing of student records and inquiries
• Scan and index supporting data in CRM and SIS systems
• Serve as backup to Admissions Operations Specialist and Admissions Systems Manager
• Contribute to a positive and supportive environment for internal customers
• Develop and maintain Admissions Operations process and procedures documentation

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience
• Experience working with internal business partners and executive management
• Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong administrative, project management, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of customer service standards and procedures
