• High School graduate or GED; Associates degree from a business or secretarial school desirable
• Must live in the state of Florida
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Experience with an Inbox
• Ability to interact with various levels of personnel
