Well, this is your opportunity to join us in a New Business Development Manager role within a Full-Service Digital Marketing Agency.

• You will grow and shape your account list from the ground up with the freedom to target the clients you choose,
• In this role you will benefit from knowing the Brisbane Medium size business landscape from a marketing perspective,
• You will definitely have strong digital marketing knowledge, most likely you will be in a similar agency now,
• You will have significant autonomy, so you will be driven, professional and career focussed, whilst still being very connected to the overall team and know the value of internal relationships, as much as external relationships,
• On top of an already generous base salary, there is a lucrative monthly performance-based bonus with uncapped earnings potential, a solid first year should put you in the mid $100’s.

Requirements

• You need to know your stuff, (aka – digital marketing) SEO, Google Suite, Meta, LinkedIn, – this is not just another sales role, we partner with mid-level Marketing Directors who are very knowledgeable, so again – you MUST know your stuff.
• This is NOT a role for plodders, my client has assembled arguably the most talent rich team in Qld, you will need to be at the top of your game for this role.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Source and develop partnerships with clients and then nurture them over the years – simple!!
• Initially you will be responsible for acquiring new business and then managing those relationships on a continuous basis for the life of the campaign. This is quite a unique role where you will be able to enjoy hunting and farming.
