We are in search of a seasoned and accomplished Talent Acquisition Director. As the Talent Acquisition Director, you will be responsible for managing all strategic partnerships and overseeing the Recruiting department.
The position will directly to the VP of Human Resources and collaborate closely with the Executive Leadership team.
This is a direct hire position and hybrid (2 days at office in the Pasadena, CA area).
Core duties :
Managing the performance of the Recruiting Team to ensure optimal results.
Enhancing the recruiting process to improve both candidate experience and operational support.
Cultivating and mentoring members of the Recruiting Team for professional development.
Collaborating with Operations on essential initiatives and contributing to Key Performance Indicator achievements.
Offering data-driven insights to enhance the efficiency of the recruiting function and provide support to Operations.
Leading the oversight of Data Automation & Technology Solutions.
Supervising initiatives related to University Partnership.
What we’re looking for :
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field required.
At least 8 years of experience in Recruiting or / and Talent Acquisition.
Strong leadership experience required.
Proficiency in developing and implementing career development strategies.
Strong passion for recruitment with exceptional interpersonal skills and people management experience.
Deep understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and process and how to best optimize for effectiveness and efficiency.
Strong emotional intelligence.
