This is a 40 hour per week, Monday-Friday 8-5, 1099 position that pays $15 / hour!

Recruiting Coordinator Job Responsibilities
- Screen candidates for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications

Help candidates understand how to complete the application process and encourage them to do so quickly
- Screen applicants and present the best quality and fit to our clients
- Communicate comfortably with candidates via e-mail and text message with provided online tools
Recruiting Coordinator Qualifications
- Comfortable with technology
- Strong organizational skills and high level of attention to detail
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage competing priorities
