TalentBridge is seeking an Office Assistant in performing various administrative duties within a construction / engineering firm.
Responsibilities include answering phones, assisting field staff, and project managers, transferring data to Microsoft office, monitoring invoicing, and scheduling field staff.
2-3 years of Quickbooks experienced required!
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Organizes workflow and appointments by reading and routing correspondence, collecting customer information, and managing assignments.
- Assist in billing clients and invoicing
- Monitors bills and invoices generated from projects for proper tasks, activity codes and bill rates.
- Coordinates field ing, preparation of job site safety plans and maintains staff access plans.
- Proofreads and checks typing accuracy of staff s reviewed for final documents before mailing.
