Recruitment Delivery Consultant

Location – Remote, UK

WorkingPattern: Full time, permanent.

Hours: 9-5.30pm – Mond – Friday (some flex for weekend work if needed)

Due to our growing client list and ongoing success, we are looking to add recruitment consultant to our recruitment team. This role is a fast-paced delivery position in a busy healthcare setting placing candidates. You need to have perseverance, strong telephone manner and be able to deal with various recruitment tasks.

We are looking for individuals with and without recruitment experience. This role is perfect for you if you have a passion for excellent customer service, confidence to engage individuals on the phone and on email and the ability to build rapport. Key Responsibilities:

As a recruiter, you will work on our key client accounts sourcing core candidates currently working in the health field and you will support both candidates and clients throughout the recruitment journey – from initial interest through to the selection process and until the candidate starts.

Requirements:

• Previous recruitment experience – ideal not a must
• Good Written and Verbal skills
• The ability to work to deadlines is essential
• Good planning, communication and organisational skills
• The ability to work under pressure
