Our client is a fast-growing distribution company working with beverage producers in Ontario. They are seeking an experienced Customer Service Coordinator to be the first point of contact for all customers..

Working under the direction of the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for handling all inquiries regarding orders and service related questions. This individual will also be responsible for taking incoming orders and suggesting new products to existing customers. Other responsibilities include but are not limited to; processing service and pick up tickets, overseeing customer service scorecards, office management duties, general administrative support to the warehouse and sales functions.

Experience:

• Experience working in a customer service role
• Microsoft office suite, and CRM software

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

· Excellent communication skills

· Approachable, positive demeanor with a hands-on and team-oriented work style.

· 2-3 years of experience in a customer service and/or inside sales role

· Experience using a CRM system like Zendesk or other

Salary: $55,000.00-$58,000.00 per year
