Description:

• Proactively engage with the business to understand requirements, opportunities and challenges.
• Partner with Business and People Leaders to gain insights, identify sourcing requirements and develop effective and sustainable solutions that align with the business strategy.
• Support the implementation and delivery of the People & Culture Strategy and Plan across the business.
• Develop business and stakeholder relationships and provide coaching and support to Business and People Leaders to develop capability and ensure alignment of services with business needs.
• Deliver effective internal and external recruitment including strategic sourcing for senior roles.
• Work in collaboration with the HR Business Partnering Team and People & other Culture Centres of Expertise to provide strategic end-to-end recruitment advice and service in an effective, timely, professional manner within agreed timeframes.
• Actively participate and / or lead People & Culture programs, projects or initiatives related to sourcing and succession to drive improved business outcomes.
• Act as a change champion by supporting business transformation initiatives and activities.
• Effectively and sustainably utilise recruitment advertising channels including optimisation of systems, the external website and relationship management of key partners such as Seek and LinkedIn.
• Develop and maintain strategic relations with vendors including agencies and background check providers to refine processes and ensure a commercial approach to sourcing and continuous improvement of services to the business.
• Work with internal stakeholders to maintain collateral and processes to support the organisation’s employment brand.
• Enable the business to effectively apply organisational policies related to recruitment and success including a strong focus on commercial governance within project and labour budgets.
• Measure and monitor progress by producing reports as requested highlighting areas of concern, providing analysis and recommendations where possible.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as may be directed by your Manager, in line with the Work Level Standards for this role.

Required:

• Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline or equivalent relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated experience in managing large volumes of roles, ideally within a medium to large organization with a white- and blue-collar workforce.
• Experience in the sourcing of senior level roles.
• Experience in the development of strategies, policies and processes for sourcing and recruitment activities to support and enable business strategy.
• Applied knowledge of relevant employment legislation and best practice recruitment processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, advanced interpersonal skills and demonstrated experience in influencing and coaching a wide range of stakeholders.
• Strong planning and organisation ability to ensure successful delivery of outcomes within the timeframe.
• Demonstrated ability with SuccessFactors recruitment.
