Starting salary £23,000 – £30,000 (DOE) + uncapped commission with no threshold

The CEO previously scaled another technology business to over 200 people worldwide then sold it for over £50m. Offer for Trainee Recruitment Consultant

• Competitive basic salary between £23,000 – £30,000 (depending on your experience)
• Market leading commission structure with no threshold. You earn 30% of your billings once you hit £15,000 per month! (average deal size £20,000 so this is really achievable)

Trainee Recruitment Consultant profile

We are looking to speak with candidates who are career driven and want to be part of an ambitious start-up with huge growth plans. The ideal candidate will fulfill at least three of the following criteria:

• Education: A Levels (A-C grades) and 2:1 or above degree from UK University
• Relevant work experience: customer/client-facing sales roles (B2B sales, telesales, estate agency, door to door sales, events sales)
• Highly competitive, ambitious, and results driven, with the confidence and tenacity to excel within a target driven environment
• Track record of working hard and achieving to a high standard (e.g. worked alongside studies, competed in sports teams, achieved strong academics)
• Team player who is confident, articulate and sociable
