Trainee Recruitment Consultant – The Role

·Becoming an expert and professional within a core market and delivering search solutions at the highest level.

·Responsible for Account Management of current clients.

·Responsible for managing processes with both clients and candidates.

·Business Development and attracting new accounts.

·Providing an excellent service, consultancy, and recruitment experience.

·Retaining strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.

Salary: £25,000.00-£70,000.00 per year
