Job Description

• Being involved in finding, attracting and qualifying candidates for positions in our corporate and government clients using our candidate database (Bullhorn) plus LinkedIn, SEEK and other social media tools.
• Phone screening candidates and/or Interviewing candidates face-to-face/Zoom/MS Teams.
• Performing in-depth searches to unearth amazing and passive candidates.
• Liaising with candidates and clients during the placement process.
• Arranging Police and DCSI screening checks
• Validating the candidates working rights for Australia.
• Advertising job opportunities
• Provide support and delivery of suitable candidates to a very strong sales team.
• Some Administrations duties (Candidate s generation; timesheet follow-ups, Advertising job opportunities, etc.)

Qualifications

• A passion for helping people with a great customer service outlook
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written, and ability to adapt your language according to conversation –not afraid to make call after call!
• Very good time management skills and the ability to prioritise;
• A proactive approach to contacting candidates;
• Great initiative and adaptability in a fast-paced environment;
• Be able to handle pressure and multitask;
• Excellent attention to detail;
• Passionate about finding quality candidates;
• Be a team player
