Graduates/Trainees starting salary: £23,000 + commission (YR1 OTE £38K)
Sales professionals starting salary: £27,000 + commission (YR1 OTE £50K)

The job role

You will be enrolled onto a training programme where you will learn via classroom session, on-the-job training, shadowing and sales training courses. Once completing training you will achieve your first promotion from Resourcer to Consultant (typically it takes 3 – 7 months to achieve this!). Your role will consist of:

· Generating leads, business development and client entertainment

· Calling and meeting potential and existing clients to develop relationships and win new business

· Headhunting, advertising and networking to find the best candidate talent in the market

· Supporting clients and candidates throughout hiring processes and ensuring both parties get an exceptional service

· Seeing all processes from end-to-end and closing deals

Hiring requirements

• Confident and outgoing personality

• Success driven and money motivated

• Resilient, hardworking and happy to go that extra mile to be the best

• Prior sales experience such as B2B sales, estate agency, telesales or door-to-door sales is beneficial

• 2:1 or above from a Top 40 UK University (working alongside studying or being involved in sports teams would also be beneficial)
