Are you a seasoned media sales professional looking to make a significant impact in the media and advertising landscape? We’re seeking an experienced Group Business Director to be the strategic mastermind behind a portfolio of Agency Groups, you will be the driving force behind our commercial strategy in Sydney across Metro, Regional, and Digital screens.

The role is based in Eveleigh and ing to the NSW Sales Director you will be responsible for:

• Leadership Empowerment: In this role you will be a key player in shaping the future of our organization. Your insights and business plan initiatives will directly impact our commercial strategy and results.
• Collaborative Environment: Work closely with the talented Seven Sales teams to foster a high-performance culture focused on achieving State and Network targets.
• Results Driving: Take charge of revenue and share targets, with a particular focus on driving premium opportunities across all screens within the Seven West Media portfolio.
• Business Growth: Be the architect of growth for your portfolio of Agency groups. Your role extends beyond screens to win back and grow revenue share across total client budgets and competitors.

You Are Someone That Is

• Experienced Professional: Bring a minimum of 10 years of Agency and/or Marketing, Media Sales experience to the table. Your seasoned background will be a key asset in steering our success.
• Courteous Communicator: Conduct yourself with courtesy and professionalism both internally and externally, respecting peers and office protocol. Your interpersonal skills are as important as your professional expertise.
• Results-Oriented: Take accountability for sales results across your portfolio of clients. We are looking for someone who thrives on achieving and surpassing targets.
• Commercial Visionary: Possess exceptional commercial nous and team leadership skills. Your ability to build and develop a cohesive Sales team will be pivotal in our continued success.
