Talent Forte Hiring for HR Project Lead at Slough Full Time

Are you perhaps a Junior HR BP level candidate looking to take a slightly different career route and get into HR Project delivery? If so, then Talent Forte have a fantastic role with a FTSE 100 company to work as a HR Project Lead. No prior project experience is necessary although if you do then is advantageous. This is a great opportunity to get a foot in the door with a global HR team with more than 850 people within HR.

The company work a hybrid model with health & wellbeing playing a high level of importance for all staff members. 1 or 2 days in the office is expected but they are very flexible.

Responsibilities

With significant strengthening of their HR for HR investment, this role will work closely with the Senior HR Business Partner to drive the HR for HR agenda

This role has a global remit and sits in the global headquarters

The core focus of this role is to support the delivery of their HR Academy (the blueprint and catalyst for HR career and growth), as they embark on the next phase of design including learning journeys, and ensuring adoption of our new competency model across HR

The role gives the opportunity for the successful candidate to play a key role in special projects with driving supporting business partnering activities as required, across the HR remit

Highly desirables:
Someone that can demonstrate Comms & Change expertise

Ideally, they can demonstrate being data driven although please note that analytics plays a part of this role and we are not just looking for a data, number driven person

Ideally you will have a reasonable grasp of learning expertise from previous roles

Qualifications

General HR BP experience

This is pitched at junior HR BP level with perhaps 4/5 years’ experience

It isn’t essential but CIPD level 4 onwards
