About the Role
- Manage full life-cycle recruitment activities – from sourcing to hiring process
- Identify the personnel needs with the hiring managers from specific business units
- Provide constant communication with the involved stakeholders, HR team, and external candidates
- Utilise the existing database and develop network of candidates to source and build a candidate pool
- Ensure compliance of recruitment process, documentation, and tracking system
About You
- Open to work on a fixed-term contract
- Passionate and driven to provide the best level of talent acquisition services
- Experience in recruiting junior to mid-level, volume roles across operations, warehousing, drivers, etc
- Excellent consultative skills, creativity, and resourcefulness
- Strong organizational, communication skills, system-savvy working through ATS (Workday would be advantageous)
