About the Role

• Manage full life-cycle recruitment activities – from sourcing to hiring process
• Identify the personnel needs with the hiring managers from specific business units
• Provide constant communication with the involved stakeholders, HR team, and external candidates
• Utilise the existing database and develop network of candidates to source and build a candidate pool
• Ensure compliance of recruitment process, documentation, and tracking system

About You

• Open to work on a fixed-term contract
• Passionate and driven to provide the best level of talent acquisition services
• Experience in recruiting junior to mid-level, volume roles across operations, warehousing, drivers, etc
• Excellent consultative skills, creativity, and resourcefulness
• Strong organizational, communication skills, system-savvy working through ATS (Workday would be advantageous)
