The Manufacturing Finance Manager will be a key team member performing analysis and taking part in planning and support for Finance, Manufacturing and Sales Departments. Manager will also analyze data and trends to provide Teams with actionable data metrics and forecasting guidance. This role is deeply involved planning and executing the company’s strategic vision and working with and supporting top executives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly sales results to help develop Low – Medium – High forecasts
• Review sales trends by product to help identify growth opportunities
• Monitor and evaluate inventory flow from supplier through production line
• With Accounting Manager build and monitor cash flow projections
• Work with Plant Management team to set annual standards and production yields for financial reporting and costing analysis
• Analyze monthly production results compared to Low – Medium – High forecasts
• Provide guidance/input to Management on key business decisions that enable effective and efficient operations and delivery of cost savings
• Work with Engineering to help devise quality analytics and cost analysis
• Team leader for supply chain team to develop and update purchase quantities, delivery schedules and analyze costs
• Cash flow tracking and projections
• Assist in the development of the Annual Business Plan

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Planning or Analysis for Manufacturing company
• Financial analysis skills
• Problem solving with independent, strong analytical skills, and critical thinking
• Advanced understanding of ERP software and relationships
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Operations Management; MBA a plus
• Self-starter, meticulous, results driven, able to manage multiple priorities by planning and organizing, effective communicator and able to grasp new concepts and technological tools
• Strong planning, forecasting & presentations skills
• Strong software expertise: MS Access, MS SQL, Excel, Power Point, Word

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
