Talent Equity Group is looking for an experienced Clinician Recruiter to join Ascend Vision Partners, a rapidly growing, best in class group of ophthalmology practices in Florida and adjacent states in the Southeast.

Job Summary:
The Senior Clinician Recruiter will lead the development and implementation of creative recruitment and sourcing strategies to attract, screen, recruit and select highly qualified, diverse candidates to fill Physician opportunities. The Senior Clinician Recruiter is responsible for fully utilizing multiple recruiting resources (job boards, social media, career web sites, professional organizations, and other possible channels) to source, recruit, interview, qualify and hire physicians to work with our organization.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Develop and maintain a strong and plentiful candidate pipeline through strategic sourcing including; networking, job board and social media utilization, trade shows, recruitment fairs and presentation to residency and fellowship programs.
· Coordinating the development of strategic physician recruitment plans.
· Researching and participating in conferences, job fairs, and Physician Recruitment opportunity events.
· Developing and maintaining relationships with residency and fellowship programs.
· Shepherding each candidate through the recruitment process.
· Visiting our medical practices to manage your understanding of the clinical requirements for recruitment purposes.
· Follow-up with hiring documents, credentialling information and training information.
· Oversight of new physician onboarding activities.
· Contact candidate references.
· Monitoring and maintaining the recruitment budget.
· Developing; maintaining and analyzing advertising and marketing campaigns for recruiting efforts.
· Maintaining outstanding communications and positive relationships with Physician candidates.
· Comfort discussing key contractual terms.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
· Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, Healthcare Management or related field required.
· Two+ years Physician recruitment experience.
· Successful Ophthalmologist recruitment experience.
· Proven high-volume recruiting experience
· Demonstrated marketing capability, contract review and development experience, and business acumen
· Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities and outstanding interpersonal skills.
· Ability to effectively delegate responsibility and empower staff to achieve goals.
· Ability to think conceptually.
· Skilled strategic and functional problem solver.
· Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail.
· Experience with candidate tracking software systems preferred.
· Success in leading high performing teams; a strong team player.
· Independent and motivated to succeed, goal oriented and proven past experience to compete and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
