We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Centre Coordinator who can maximise sales through introducing new customers, advising on and administering new leads, and undertaking promotional lead generation campaigns.

You must be confident and outgoing and feel equally comfortable whether on the phone, in front of a computer or facing sales prospects face to face. You will be one of the public faces of the centre, bringing prospects in, selling them the centre as a facility and ultimately signing them up as customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Dealing with all new customer enquiries

• Invoice clients on a weekly basis and take payments

• Update company database with relevant information

• Liaise between parents and tutors.
• Ensure the appropriate cover is arranged when any staff are absent.

Requalifying customers via telephone, SMS and email

• Ensure staff are provided with the necessary resources to deliver their tuition sessions.
• Consistent delivery of exceptional customer service – building strong relationships

• Answer customer queries via telephone, email and in person.

• Register new students and assign spaces according to availability.

• Updating company social media Accounts

• Daily progress update to management

• Assist management with daily and ongoing ad-hoc tasks.

WORKING HOURS

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
40 hours per week, 5-6 working days (subject to rota). Evenings and weekends.

SALARY
Salary: £18,000.00 to £23,000.00 /year – subject to experience and qualifications
