Talent Corps is seeking a bilingual TRADE RECRUITER to join our growing team in Chantilly, VA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Account Manager to get orders filled and be capable of placing a high volume of phone calls, pre-screening potential new hires, conducting phone interviews, and posting and sourcing through job advertisements.

ABOUT THE TRADE RECRUITER

Our Trade Recruiters work closely with clients and account managers to develop a recruiting strategy aimed at attracting the top talent. A career as a Trade Recruiter involves attracting talent, screening, evaluating qualifications, and making hiring decisions while showcasing great attention to detail. We hire around our core values, skill assessment testing, and behavioral interviewing and by doing so, consistently hire the top talent.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with recruiting and hiring efforts
• Maintain personnel records, in compliance with HR regulations
• Compile s from personnel databases
• Review and update HR information system records
• Enforce company policies, rules and regulations
• Communicate all relevant information to employees and job applicants

​QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years’ experience in Recruiting or Staffing
• Previous experience in construction or retail staffing preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Strong attention to detail
• BI-LINGUAL in English and Spanish is a MUST
