We are looking for a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist to support a key project with impact across the National Organisation.

Working with a leading not-for-profit in the Healthcare Sector with a strong education arm, you will have ownership over a range of positions at varying levels nationally.

If you are available immediately, or at short notice, we would love to discuss this opportunity in more detail. This role may extend longer term also. With the People & Culture team spread across Australia, we are open to fully remote working, however you will have access to a number offices in all state capitals.

Your responsibilities will include;

• Facilitate and support recruitment for high volume roles during a time of large growth
• Partner with Hiring Managers to deliver end-to-end recruitment
• Manage end to end recruitment including ad writing, advertising, candidate screening, pre-employment checks, facilitating offers and onboarding with the support of the TA Coordinators and Onboarding team.
• Facilitate and support recruitment for high volume roles during a time of large growth
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers, forming a good understanding of their business, structure and cultural fit
• Implementation of HR strategies and functions

About you:

• Demonstrated ability to proactively source hard to fill roles and provide creative sourcing strategies in alignment with business requirements
• An ability to deal with challenging situations with flexibility and persistence
• Solid experience in a business partnering role which includes volume recruitment
• Strong capability in stakeholder management

This role is full-time hours, Monday – Friday with some flexibility in start/finish times to ensure you get the best quality work life balance!
