We deliver end-to-end recruitment services, including recruitment marketing, recruiting, onboarding coordination, and leadership support for each of our valued clients.

360 Talent Avenue is currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to join our expanding organization. The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager will bring best-in-class talent acquisition strategies and execution to our clients. This candidate will partner with various cross-functional leaders to successfully achieve 360’s recruitment targets. This individual will set an example as a working leader in a recruiting organization that prides itself on continual improvement and operational excellence. This is a full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Leadership

• Lead and scale a team of 15-20 Recruiters and supporting team members to successfully meet deadlines and hiring goals
• Collaborate with leadership to set pipeline strategy, conduct TA planning and forecasting sessions
• Create and implement 360 recruiting best practices to drive efficiency and scalability within 360 and for each client
• Create a forum for TA to understand and access resources, interviewing techniques, etc.
• Define, document, and train recruiting team on client’s company culture, open requisitions, workflows, etc.
• Identify, screen and hire recruiting team as needed to achieve client hiring targets
• Prepare ongoing progress snapshots to 360 and client leadership team as requested

Customer Partnership

• Successfully lead and manage the recruitment functions of a solar enterprise account.
• Act as 360 Talent Avenue subject matter expert on all recruitment updates, processes, and strategies
• Offer new and innovative ways to best attract candidates that live our clients’ values including grassroots, sourcing strategies and additional posting platforms for recruiters
• Plan and deliver weekly, monthly and/or quarterly client partnership updates in tandem with 360 leadership
• Partner with key stakeholders to implement recruiting partnership with each new client

Delivering Results

• Deliver ongoing progress updates to add qualitative context supporting recruitment activity reporting
• Establish goals and KPIs to drive success in on-going projects
• Track and measure results against needs and goals; make course correction when needed to achieve pre-established interview, offer and hire targets
• Provide thought leadership; stay abreast of market, industry and labor trends, as well as TA marketing strategies, tools, and resources
• Strive for operational excellence; elevate internal recruitment processes and ensure consistency in TA recruitment efforts

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven success within the talent acquisition space
• 5+ years of direct TA leadership experience managing a team of 10+ direct reports (including recruiters)
• 2+ years of TA leadership within the solar industry strongly preferred
• 2+ years Demonstrated success managing Supervisor level direct reports
• Must have a proven track record and solid reputation for building and supporting high growth, high performing TA teams in a fast-paced environment
• Must have strong Google Suite and/or Microsoft Suite skills
• High level user of Applicant Tracking Systems – JazzHR and Success Factors preferred
• Effective communication, presentation and creative thinking skills
• Extremely metrics-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail and ability to manage by KPIs
• Strong leadership, influencing and relationship-building skills
• Intuitive self-starter who embraces change and scalability
• Has integrity, high energy, and excellent people skills
