The Opportunity

Our client is a fast-growing renewable energy leader growing 33% year-over-year. They are finalizing their Series E funding round, and looking for their very first in-house Talent Acquisition hire who will be a temp-to-hire conversion after 90 days. Role and Responsibilities:

• Cultivate relationships with emerging markets and renewable energy professionals
• Provide a world class experience for our client and candidates through initiating contact, maintaining rapport, and providing extraordinary customer service
• Source, identify, recruit, and retain qualified talent for once-in-a-lifetime professional opportunities
• Strive for continuous improvement and career advancement, working within a team- and process-framework designed to fit you
• Strong motivation to achieve results and meet recruiting goals
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment and maintain a sense of urgency
• Client-centered mentality and passion for customer service

Preferred Experience:

• 5 years Recruiting experience, including at least 2 years’ in-house or RPO experience
• Experience working in a team environment

Minimum Position Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• Comfortable multitasking within a demanding environment and a solutions-oriented mindset
• Excellent organizational skills, diligence, and follow-through
• Proactive/ autonomous working mindset
• Comfortable performing in a metric-based environment
• Experience or aptitude for working in multiple software solutions simultaneously (CRM, ATS, Excel, Microsoft Teams)
