Contract: One (1) Year

Classification: Part-Time – 29 hours a week.

Work Type: Remote (ONLY CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH SCHOOL NURSES WILL BE CONSIDERED)

Work Hours: Must be available Monday-Friday with working times ranging from 7 am to 4 pm as required in order to accommodate the various school district schedules we work to support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintain security/integrity of collected data
• Sort and arrange data in various graphs, s, and styles as requested and presented to differing audiences
• Responsible for pulling data and creating necessary s as requested by various program staff
• Develop and maintain multiple tracking systems in various programs to track the status of multiple concurrent projects and provide regular updates to program staff
• Draft annual s for public dissemination upon approval of the program manager and DHSS leadership
• Address and resolve questions, issues, and concerns regarding data input and collection from both program staff and school staff
• Disseminate emails and data s as requested by program team members to program partners
• Some data sets collected include contact information, the applicant would be responsible for maintaining and updating this information as requested AND resolving all email bounce-back issues in a timely manner
• Provide orientation to new users on how and when to
• Disseminate user-specific information as necessary (ie. Usernames/passwords)
• Provide technical assistance as requested by database users and those submitting online s
• Working with program staff to make updates as necessary to the School Nurse User Manual

Required qualifications/skills:

• Comprehensive knowledge of ALL Microsoft platforms, especially Excel and Access
• Ability to create and edit queries to pull specific data sets for specific projects
• Capability to instruct and guide individuals through input processes both verbally and in written form
• Analyze and clean data to assure accuracy and detect discrepancies from various collection periods
• Fluently collaborate with team members, technical specialists, program managers, public sector partners
• Ability to use SQL and similar software to run data queries
• This position will be responsible for setting up the program to effectively and efficiently use Tableau for querying and ing data
• Ability to accurately calculate percentages and ratios

Preferred qualifications/skills:

• Experience working in Missouri’s various rural and metropolitan counties and regions
• Working knowledge of Missouri’s K-12 school hierarchy
• Understanding of the varying roles, responsibilities, limitations, and classifications of school nurses, social workers, and counselors employed in Missouri schools
• Must be able to demonstrate proper phone and email etiquette
• Create and export multiple registrations and surveys using the Qualtrics platform
