It is an exciting time for our Talent Acquisition team as we strive harder and aim higher to find the right people for TAL. We have high ambitions for what we will deliver in the coming months and we are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional that can work hand in hand with business stakeholders to deliver a positive and proactive hiring experience.

What will you be responsible for?

• Development and execution of innovative sourcing strategies, using LinkedIn campaigns and our new CRM SmartRecruiters!

• Delivery of end to end talent acquisition including sourcing, assessment and selection of internal and external talent

• Building trusted relationships with hiring managers – driving positive talent outcomes and providing expert market knowledge

• Being a brand ambassador for TAL in the external market, ensuring we’re recognised as an employer of choice

You are an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with proven engagement skills and an ability to advise, coach and influence.

To be successful you will have strong commercial acumen along with:

• End to end talent acquisition experience, ideally within the Technology space

• Experience designing and delivering strategic sourcing solutions to attract diverse talent

• Demonstrated ability to quickly build credibility with stakeholders

• Appreciation and commitment to a positive candidate experience
