For our Talent Acquisition team, we are looking for a new Talent Acquisition Lead who will be covering UK, Ireland, and Eastern Europe. You will be based in London, working at least three days a week out of our Paddington office.
Joining our team of five TA-Leads you will be responsible for the strategic and proactive recruitment strategies across your region.

As Talent Acquisition Lead you will be developing innovative and creative methods and techniques to source talent and promote the Takeda brand.
Your main responsibilities will be
Developing and maintaining effective partnerships internally with the leadership team within the region with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, HR Operations, Compensation Specialists, and other members of the HR and Business community.
Identifying and championing new and innovative approaches to diversity and inclusion, talent attraction and sourcing, early careers ensuring these are integrated with Takeda`s brand
Developing strategic relationships with recruitment vendors such as executive search firms and/or RPO’s dependent on the needs of the business.
Identifying high potential candidates, by utilizing all available candidate sources (LinkedIn, professional associations, job fairs, schools/Universities events.)
Bringing innovative approaches to our talent strategy in a way that demonstrates the values and ways of working of our organization.
Through your strong collaborative mindset, you will be driving Talent Acquisitions impact on the business from everyday recruitments, improvement of processes, raising the bar for how we build pipelines for critical roles as well as how we increase our diversity outlook.
We will also be looking for
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related degree
5+ years recruiting experience from pharma, biotech, or medical device industry
2-5 years of progressive recruiting experience performing regional responsibilities in a highly sophisticated matrix corporate international setting
Experience recruiting diverse talents at all levels of the organization from entry level through senior management roles including the ability to directly source talent at all levels adopting creative strategic methods
Experience developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment sourcing and branding strategies inclusive of identifying and leveraging social media, external search partners; institutions and professional organizations; and developing personal recruitment networks
