We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a strong interest, passion and capability to help our efforts of excelling in every facet of TA. We have ongoing global projects around EVP, TA data analysis and market insights, process improvement and new technologies. In your role, you would participate in these projects or use their outcomes to empower your strategic partnerships with senior leaders. How you will contribute:
Maintain an understanding of Takeda’s business model and processes and especially of your stakeholders’ role in the big picture
Full-cycle recruitment responsibility for select, high level positions in Ireland
Master the technological and data environment relevant to TA, e.g. Power BI, Workday, as well as several inbound technologies enriching our capabilities
Work with the talent sourcing and research function to empower the role of TA and to steer talent acquisition strategies in currently one of the most competitive markets in the world
Use the power of data and market insights to influence business leaders and HR counterparts when setting strategies that impact TA work
Directing the work of our RPO partner, deciding on the best strategies to fill individual positions and continuously following up on the strategy implementation
Become part of the global TA Leadership Team for the Takeda’s largest global business unit
There is no direct team responsibility, but we work with an RPO provider who will support you and whom you will help steer
What you bring to Takeda:
At least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required – preferably in the area of Business Administration, HR Management or Communications, but also possible in the area of Natural Sciences or Technology
8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a manufacturing or pharmaceutical/biotech environment
Knowledge of the labor market in Ireland
Ability to use data to create strategy and compelling talent narratives; and to present to senior stakeholders
Ability to partner with senior leadership effectively to drive excellence in senior level hiring
Previous experience working with or for an RPO provider would be a benefit
We especially welcome candidates with previous experience from large manufacturing or pharmaceutical companies as well as from smaller biotech or tech companies
A sense of humor and an ability to graciously manage multiple stakeholders will bring you a long way
