About the role

Are you looking for a patient-focused, innovation-driven company to inspire you and empower you to shine? Join us as a Job Requisition IT Applications Manager in our Lexington, MA office where you will responsible for successful planning and delivery of these efforts and manage across the partners/customers, setting out a short to mid-term project execution roadmap to establish release schedule, phasing of scope, and realistic deliverables. As part of the GMS/GQ, you will report to Lexington IT Lead Biologics Operating Unit IT and work with Global Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Quality IT Data, Digital & Technology.

How you will contribute

• Help develop MABioOps Technology Roadmap by gathering our needs, priorities, software/hardware and services cost estimates, and timelines
• Create the discovery and planning phases to assess our needs and the important motivations and provide a business case – business problem, solution options, resources, timelines, and budget
• Lead system lifecycle (deploy, upgrade, retire) projects to ensure it meets scope, quality, timelines, and budget constraints
• Ensure the project team follows Takeda’s SDLC and CSV or AIQ methodology and compliance standards for project deliverables – Requirements & design, Validation, SOPs, and Training
• Be the IT Service Owner and monitor run team operations and improve service by following ITIL guidelines

Minimum Requirements/Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related study
• At least 10 years of experience in Information Technology – build, or run positions
• Experience implementing IT systems e.g. Environment Monitoring, Instruments, LIMS, Document Management, CMMS in a GxP compliant industry
• Experience in digital technologies and trends across industries e.g. Industry 4.0, Industrial IoT, digital factory, AR/VR, AI, digital twins, advance robotics
• Motivated to bring digital transformation by using on core IT systems, IT infrastructure, and system integration experience
