As the Digital Campaign Product Lead you will be primarily accountable for product management, planning, design, development, testing, and release of Healthcare Provider and Patient email campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud , ensuring teams follow Global Data & Technology (GDT) standards, Takeda’s data, digital, and technology aspirations are met, and OBU end-users are satisfied. You will to the Head of Omnichannel Products and is important to the success of OBU’s ability to accomplish its vision to ensure best in class Health Care Provider and Patient Experience.
You will partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Insights & Analytics, Sales, Strategy & Operations) to create the product vision and guide the successful implementation and operations of a capability roadmap that meet latest data privacy, data security, and compliance requirements
You will collaborate with DD&T Leadership and other Product Owners to align digital and technical goals with the vision and roadmap of OBU Omnichannel strategy
You will prioritize and orchestrate campaign delivery schedule to best serve the strategic interests of all Oncology brands and functions
You will optimize digital campaign performance and ensure adherence to subscriber management and email best practices across relevant channels
Guide product teams on definition of what Email Marketing enhancements, or new products, to acquire based on defined goals, needs, and strategies
Assess current campaign performance by generating insights to provide actionable recommendations for Brand Leads
Tracks, manages timelines and delivery of all incoming enhancements to product
Define and coordinate UAT for future enhancements to product
Align cross-functional partners in OBU, including Marketing, Legal / Privacy, and DD&T
Escalation management related to Product Team scope
Drive intake of new initiatives from commercial teams and translate them into product roadmap, as applicable
Ensure Product Vision aligns to data privacy best practices and organizational goals
Manage relationship between OBU, product teams, and GDT platform and service teams.
Collaborate with Takeda’s agency partners to ensure that all elements of email campaigns are up to OBU standards
Oversee the campaign development team’s progress and adherence to business requirements
Use approved GDT tools and methods to plan and coordinate technical design, development, testing, deployments, and releases for all OBU campaigns
Consider, and improve, the customer/user experience when designing and releasing new campaigns or system enhancements
Plan and oversee testing, prototyping, and/or incubation of advanced technologies related to HCP, Patient or business user experience within the OBU
Preferred 5 years of leadership experience in pharmaceutical, biologic, biotech, medical device, or healthcare consulting industries
Must have understanding of regulatory requirements and best practices for developing and deploying email types (Promotional, rep triggered, disease awareness) in LifeScience industry (CANSPAM, Consent, Mobile, Header, ISI, AE ing)
Familiar with best practices for email delivery and performance optimization
Expertise with campaign management specifically within Sales Force Marketing Cloud platform
Track record of solutions-oriented thinking by encouraging a culture of performance, accountability, simplicity, empowerment, external orientation and curiosity.
Experience and demonstrated capabilities in handling of sensitive data.
Familiar with Agile Methodology and experience using tools (ie. Jira) to oversee and manage the end-to-end omnichannel product delivery.
Proven track record of delivering on programs with complex business deliverables.
Experience managing teams to support the delivery of digital marketing or commercial IT solutions or services and influencing senior-level management and key stakeholders.
Excellent influencing skills, with demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and effectively with key business partners, stakeholders, and external service providers.
Excellent verbal and written skills, allowing for an open and effective dialogue throughout the company.
Roll-up sleeves mentality and willingness to dive deep, working alongside peers when needed.
Bachelor’s degree – BS/BA
