Job Title: Associate Director, Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing

s to: Global Head of Talent Acquisition GMSGQ

Location: Lexington, MA

About the role:

As the Associate Director, Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing of Global Talent Branding and Marketing for Takeda’s Global Manufacturing, Supply, and Global Quality (GMSGQ) teams, you develop multi-channel recruitment marketing strategies and employer brand programs to support talent attraction efforts across 14 countries. You will use your knowledge of digital media, relationship marketing, and data analytics to create a connection between job seekers’ motivations and Takeda’s offerings as an employer. The Manager of Global Talent Branding and Marketing for GMSGQ will be supported by, and responsible for managing, two outsourced marketing individuals managing paid media and content.

How you will contribute:

• Lead talent marketing and social media strategy, and programs promotions globally

• Develop talent engagement plans in partnership with our global Operating Units, Talent teams, and HR Partners, including social campaigns, out-of-home, paid media, virtual events, and more

• Analyze campaign patterns and metrics related to engagement, interactions, click-through rates, and behaviors to measure the vitality and effectiveness of the talent engagement plans

• Manage internal communications to our Talent teams, and Human Resources business-partners to build capabilities and knowledge in talent marketing

• Identify the latest trends and tools to grow our talent brand and enhance hiring efforts globally

• Manage daily relationships with creative agencies, platform vendors, and media providers, and provide heavy direction on layout and copy

• Highlight and prioritize opportunities to extend the employer brand’s reach across the candidate journey, beyond attraction and discovery

• Oversee Takeda’s profile on sites like Glassdoor and Kununu to ensure companies image and brand is maximized

What you bring to Takeda:

Essential Skills:

• Associate Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar discipline, with 10+ years of experience managing global marketing campaigns, inclusive of experience in Europe

• Experience with privacy and data laws associated with international locations and regulated industries such as biotech, pharma, or financial services

• Operate and prioritize work on an autonomous basis

• Demonstrate a passion and knowledge in strategic sourcing and new media techniques and proficiency with several social media channels and tools

• Identify and understand issues, problems, and solutions to achieve desired outcomes

• Have a global mindset and demonstrated experience operating internationally across large, matrixed organizations

• The ability to tell a story through data, using insights to assess effectiveness, Return-on-Investment, and improvement opportunities

• The ability to cultivate networks with recruiting teams and influence business groups across a variety of locations within the organization, including Senior Leadership

• Detail-oriented with a balanced appreciation of the bigger-picture goals

Desired Skills:

• BA/BS degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar discipline, with 8+ years of experience managing global marketing campaigns, inclusive of experience in Europe
