The Role

• Partner with leaders to execute recruitment strategy of assigned markets
• Manage job requisitions from post to close
• Cultivate and foster market relationships to develop a pipeline of candidates
• Communicate promptly and effectively with candidates
• Evaluate applications, complete screening and/or interviewing
• Facilitate and participate in career fairs, hiring events and market engagement opportunities
• Follow best practices in compliance with local, state and federal law
• Occasional travel regionally as needed, estimated 10-15%
• Other items as needed

. Requirements:

• 2+ years of HR, Talent Acquisition or Sourcing experience required
• Bachelor’s degree in related field a plus
• Experience with HRIS/ATS systems preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong ability to manage time and deadlines
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Great attention to detail
