Taipan Canada is Looking for Customer Service Representative Full Time

This role involves working with customers on the phone to help them with anything they require like to place an order, request tracking information, request product ETA, process RGA claims and shipping errors as well as guide customers through which products are best for the er application etc.

Logging call data and having a meticulous follow up method is critical in view of having exceptional customer service.

This role also include having a customer list and making routine phone contacts to sell as per our current promotions or features that we have on the go.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
