TailWinds Technologies Hiring for Director of Marketing Full Time

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Director to join our growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and increase sales. You will lead a team of marketing professionals to create and implement campaigns that engage our target audience and drive results.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives.
• Lead the creation and execution of all marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, events, public relations, content marketing, and more.
• Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, setting performance goals and providing regular feedback.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer support, to ensure that marketing efforts support and drive business results.
• Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.
• Manage marketing budget and measure the effectiveness of marketing programs and campaigns.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media and industry partners to increase brand visibility and drive results.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences, building relationships and promoting our brand.
• Utilize marketing automation tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and programs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, and search engine optimization (SEO).
• Experience with marketing automation tools such as Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot, ActiveCampaign or similar platforms.
• Excellent leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform marketing strategies and tactics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
• Experience working in the technology or managed services industries is a plus.

Pay: $68,500.00 – $98,000.00 per year
