Tailored Management Hiring for Remote Corporate Healthcare Recruiter – $59.36/hour Job at Remote Full Time

Location: 100% remote, open to all states.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM EST or CST
Pay Rate: $59.36/hour paid every Friday
Contract Length: 08/08/2022 to 12/31/2022 (W2 to start, contract to hire position. Contract extension and permanent placement based on attendance and performance. With W2 employment, you can opt into our medical, dental, and vision insurance.)

Responsibilities:

• Consults with senior business and HR leaders on critical talent gaps and drive an effective and efficient talent strategy in support of the business.
• Understands the US business strategy, consult on the overall aligned talent strategy.
• Proactively shares market and competitive intelligence to inform talent, business, and organizational design decisions.
• Presents ongoing requisition updates both written and verbally to the HR Business Partner, Controller and Business leaders.
• Networks, sources, and builds a talent pipeline with industry leaders assess them and ultimately attract the highest skilled and credentialed professionals.
• Creates a diversity sourcing strategy for the designated business groups, including building strong external partnerships with diverse associations.
• Screens, evaluates, and qualifies candidates, including conducting in-depth candidate interviews to develop a deep understanding of candidate qualifications and competencies.
• Partners with other HR partners, as appropriate, to ensure that *** is able to attract the necessary talent for today and tomorrow, including compensation, relocation, employment law, employee relations and talent management.

Top Skills:

• Experience that extends beyond agency or staffing firms.
• Experience with an ATS – Workday preferably.
• Ability to manage a heavy workload.
• Minimum of 4-6 years recruitment with at least 1 year full cycle recruitment experience.
• Ability to manage 40-45 requisitions routinely.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5+ years direct, relevant, and recent experience in recruiting.
• Experience recruiting mid-level professionals & managers preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and consult on compensation packages.
• Exceptional assessment and interviewing skills and a strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments, and processes.
• Ability to work successfully in an environment with high visibility and the ability to manage complex and sensitive situations independently.
• Track record of flawless execution and a strong ability to multi-task in a fast paced, deadline-oriented, high-demand environment with tight deliverables.
• Experienced in sourcing passive talent.
• Ability to pass 7-year county background check and urine drug screen. Medical marijuana cards are accepted).

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent recruiting experience.
