Tailored Management Hiring for Global Curriculum Designer Job at New York, NY Full Time

This role will require a diverse set of experiences including the ability to consult on design and development initiatives, learning strategy, management of vendor relationships and drive projects with complex SME engagements.

The ideal candidate will have an ability to balance learning strategy, problem solving, and critical thinking with tactical instructional design expertise.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop instructional content for our global sales teams including live and on-demand formats
• Oversee the creation of instructionally-sound training assets for a global audience; including ILT, WBT, Video, and Job aides using prescribed processes, tools and templates
• Design and develop creative assets (storyboards, wireframes, graphics, motion graphics, videos, etc.)
• Utilize multimedia software (such as Adobe Creative Suite) and eLearning authoring tools (such as Evolve Authoring)
• Manage timelines and deliverables for projects ensuring on-time delivery of program assets
• Communicate timely updates and raise any issues that might delay project timelines
• Stay current with industry trends

Pay: $60.00 – $63.00 per hour
