A day in the life of a Talent Acquisition Officer

In this role, you will be responsible for providing proactive administrative support for the delivery of candidate focused end-to-end talent acquisition activities, which will contribute to our commitment towards building an innovative and diverse culture. Providing high level of customer service, advice and support, you will be a key contact for internal and external candidates.

About You

We are seeking a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Officer who will be committed to achieving extraordinary outcomes for the business. You are agile and flexible in an ever-changing environment and love a challenge. Applying high-level communication skills you are analytical, organised and a natural problem solver.
You enjoy building trusting relationships, collaborating with your Team and taking initiative.
Crucially, you are someone who shares the TAFE NSW Values of Integrity, Collaboration, Excellence and Customer First.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Certificate IV in relevant discipline or equivalent skills, knowledge and experience
• Administrative excellence
• Knowledge of public sector recruitment legislation and guidelines
• Understanding of operations and procedures relating to the conduct of employment screening including the handling of confidential information and undertaking of risk assessments
• The ability to build, interact and maintain strong relationships

• TALEO, SAP and HPCM experience
