ABOUT THE ROLE
The Talent Acquisition Advisor is responsible for the delivery, design and coordination of all recruitment activities associated with the attraction, sourcing, and assessment of high calibre candidates.
You will be managing recruitment activity across our teaching and non-teaching roles, attracting the very best talent to support our student’s learning experience and career development. Working in the fabulous Talent Management and Acquisition team, you’ll have all the support, coaching and development you need to be successful in your new role.

ABOUT YOU
An experienced recruiter, ideally with exposure to the public sector, you will bring an ability to influence and manage multiple stakeholders across different divisions and are known for your passion to deliver service excellence. You possess a can-do attitude and you strive for individual and overall team success within a high performing culture. Managing end-to-end recruitment and supporting your stakeholders as their trusted advisor will be key to the success of this position.
