About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and talented administrator who has a strong student centric focus and great communication skills to join our Education Delivery Team at one of our major campuses. Under the leadership of the Head of Department Transition you will support the educational area to deliver high level administrative support from pre-enrolment to course completion to ensure the student journey through TAFE Gippsland is a positive one.

To achieve this you will collaborate with other administrative areas within TAFE Gippslandto ensure you provide effective delivery, this will include the Client Services and Academic Registry teams. The Transition Department delivers an important range of programs that support student pathways including VCE, VCAL and Foundation programs. VASS or related system Reporting is a key component of this position.

Mandatory requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in an administration role
• Current Drivers Licence
• Current Victorian Working with Children Check
• Current Police check (not older than 12 months)
• A six month probationary period applies to this position
